Before You Submit (Checklist)

To ensure a smooth submission process, please have the following ready before you begin:

• A Secure Viewing Link: A private or public link to your film (Vimeo, YouTube, or Google Drive) with a password if required. Ensure the link remains active through August 2026.
• Film Details: Your film’s exact runtime, genre, and a 150-word synopsis.
• Promotional Material: A high-resolution poster or one high-quality film still (JPEG/PNG).
• English Subtitles: If your film contains any language other than English, burned-in subtitles are mandatory for selection consideration.
• Rights Verification: By submitting, you confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights and clearances for your film and its soundtrack.
